The role also supports internal projects, contractors, resourcing strategy, contracts, communications, sales, and operations while managing a distributed team.

Leads accounting and payroll operations for a growing nonprofit, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal controls, audits, tax preparation, compliance, systems, and process improvement. Partners with leadership and departments to provide financial guidance, manage organizational risks, maintain accurate accounting practices, and support scalable operations. Develops and mentors accounting staff while presenting financial information to senior leadership and the Board.
