The role requires collaborative leadership grounded in food and farm justice, racial equity, democratic principles, and continuous learning.

Leads accounting and payroll operations for a growing nonprofit, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal controls, audits, tax preparation, compliance, systems, and process improvement.
