Own strategic enterprise accounts and drive complex, consultative sales of manufacturing solutions. Build account plans, develop multi-stakeholder opportunities, translate technical manufacturing needs into business value, coordinate cross-functional deal execution, manage negotiations and enterprise agreements, expand customer relationships, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts. The role targets MedTech, aerospace, robotics, energy, mobility, and other industrial customers, requiring frequent travel and technical manufacturing knowledge.

The Strategic Program Manager leads complex customer programs from product development and introduction through mass production. Responsibilities include coordinating Sales, Engineering, Fulfillment, and customers; managing milestones, risks, changes, timelines, quality, and budgets; facilitating status meetings; serving as a technical subject matter expert; and driving process improvements. The role requires manufacturing and engineering expertise, customer-facing program leadership, and experience with processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, or assembly.

Manage complex customer programs from new product development and introduction through mass production. Coordinate Sales, Solutions Engineering, Fulfillment, and customer teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, track milestones, facilitate status meetings, resolve blockers, and improve internal processes. Serve as the customer advocate and manufacturing subject matter expert while maintaining quality management system requirements.
