Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and corporate functions. Build proactive talent pipelines, lead intake meetings, advise hiring managers, manage candidate experiences, negotiate offers, and track recruiting metrics. The role partners with People Operations and leadership on workforce planning, improves hiring processes, and uses sourcing, ATS, and AI tools to recruit effectively across diverse requisitions.

Develop and grow strategic manufacturing and supply chain accounts through consultative, solution-based sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, quota attainment, Salesforce forecasting, relationship building, complex deal coordination, sales presentations, trade show participation, and customer meetings. The role focuses on identifying prototyping and production manufacturing opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and improving customer time to market. More than 50% travel is required.

Leads MISUMI Americas’ demand generation and acquisition strategy, owning lead generation, nurturing, funnel performance, acquisition-sourced pipeline, revenue targets, and ROI measurement. Builds and scales multi-channel programs, experiments with new channels, oversees creative assets and vendors, and partners with Sales, Product, Lifecycle, and Performance Marketing. Presents insights to senior leadership while operating as a senior individual contributor across cross-functional teams.
