The role builds client and Center of Influence networks, conducts proposals and RFP responses, meets sales and revenue goals, supports market strategy, mentors junior managers, and ensures compliance with banking regulations. Travel may reach 75% for client meetings, presentations, conferences, and training.

Develops SBA 7(a), 504, and USDA B&I loan business through lead generation, networking, client relationship management, and community engagement. Tracks prospects and pipelines in CRM systems, coordinates loan documentation and underwriting, supports compliance with SBA and banking regulations, and contributes to production and profitability goals. Provides guidance to less experienced staff, cross-sells banking products, and represents the bank in customer and industry events. Travel may reach 75%.
