Sells pet insurance policies at a partner animal-care location, converts prospects into customers, maintains CRM records, builds partner relationships, assesses partner needs, manages administrative and expense-reporting tasks, and supports business development. The role requires weekend availability during peak sales periods, consultative selling, strong communication, customer service, independent judgment, and an active or obtainable Property and Casualty license.

The Sales Associate will sell pet insurance policies, build customer relationships, record information in CRM, and meet sales objectives while working at partner locations.

Owns retention analytics for a new Loyalty & Retention organization, including churn definitions, survival analysis, forecasting, experimentation, acquisition attribution, satisfaction analysis, payment recovery, and save-desk performance. The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.
