Teams at Fetch Package

Owns end-to-end onboarding and implementation for multifamily real estate clients, including sales handoffs, technical setup, data migration, integrations, training, launch readiness, and first-90-day adoption. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages escalations, monitors SLAs and customer health, and improves onboarding through SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and workflow automation. The role serves as the primary client contact during implementation and supports successful transition to Client Success.
