The Customer Account Representative will manage customer relationships, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional service while handling account performance, mainly via Teams, phone, and email.

Serve as an on-site HR partner supporting managers and HR leadership on recruiting, Workday administration, leaves, compensation, reporting, training delivery, policy interpretation, compliance, and process improvement for the Pomona Ship Hub.

8-12 month trainee program teaching credit and collections fundamentals through on-the-job rotations (warehouse, sales counter, delivery), customer visits, and mentorship. Core training covers credit management, collections, financial statements, UCC, customer relations, and sales process to prepare for an entry-level Credit Manager role.
