Manually sand and semi-finish electric guitar and bass bodies using various sandpaper grades and motions. Identify and correct minor surface defects with filler or glue, inspect products for flaws, follow sanding procedures and safety protocols, meet hourly production targets, maintain a clean workstation, coordinate with team members, and report process or material issues.

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute FMIC's global social media strategy, manage teams, and analyze campaign metrics to drive engagement and growth.
