Sand and semi-finish electric guitar and bass bodies before and after painting, identify and correct surface defects, follow sanding procedures and safety rules, inspect products for flaws, meet hourly production targets, maintain a clean workstation, coordinate with team members, and provide process feedback.

Lead visual strategy and execution for product launch campaigns across digital, social, and video. Manage external agencies, studios, and freelancers; oversee photo/video production and on-location shoots; expand Fenders multicultural brand voice; and deliver engaging customer-facing creative that aligns with marketing, social, artist, and digital teams.

Lead a factory Process and Quality Engineering team to sustain, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment. Drive continuous improvement, advanced quality tools, TPS/Lean practices, and data-driven problem solving to improve yield and customer satisfaction. Oversee NPI/R&D manufacturing and robotics, coach engineers on quality methodologies, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet KPIs and quality targets.
