Partners with Operations to communicate financial results and influence decisions. Also supports finance and operations projects in a manufacturing environment.

Manually sands electric guitar and bass bodies through pre- and post-paint production, correcting minor surface imperfections, inspecting product quality, following safety and work procedures, maintaining a clean workstation, meeting production targets, and coordinating with team members to support workflow and process improvements.

Sands raw wood guitar parts to detailed specifications and uses hand or machine operations to buff and polish guitar bodies and necks. Inspects incoming and completed work, performs repairs, follows production, quality, safety, and material-handling procedures, and maintains an organized work area. Requires careful hand dexterity, ability to interpret work instructions, basic hand power tool knowledge, and consistent use of PPE.
