Inspect, tune, and test finished guitars for playability, intonation, and cosmetic or mechanical defects. Perform fret leveling/dressing, truss rod and nut adjustments, sanding/buffing, assembly of control/pickguard hardware, verify routing packets, manage specialty hardware inventory, and polish instruments to specification.

Own Fender.com growth and optimization: analyze site and funnel performance, run A/B and multivariate tests, prioritize test roadmap, provide data-driven recommendations, build business cases, and report results to influence Product, UX, Merchandising, and Marketing.
