Lead and supervise the Buff & Polish production team to meet daily goals. Manage metrics, performance evaluations, training, safety and PPE audits, scheduling, inventory levels, 5S and continuous improvement, problem resolution, timekeeping, and floor audits. Coordinate with HR and escalate issues to management.

Inspect, tune, and test finished guitars for playability, intonation, and cosmetic defects. Perform minor adjustments (truss rod, nut, fret leveling), sanding/buffing, assemble control/pickguard hardware, verify routing packets, manage specialty hardware inventory, and polish instruments to meet product specifications.

Lead a factory Process and Quality Engineering team to sustain, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment. Drive continuous improvement, advanced quality tools, TPS/Lean practices, and data-driven problem solving to improve yield and customer satisfaction. Oversee NPI/R&D manufacturing and robotics, coach engineers on quality methodologies, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet KPIs and quality targets.

Own Fender.com growth and optimization: analyze site and funnel performance, run A/B and multivariate tests, prioritize test roadmap, provide data-driven recommendations, build business cases, and report results to influence Product, UX, Merchandising, and Marketing.
