Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok/Reels/Shorts, shape Favoriteds organic social voice, and recruit and coordinate streaming creators (TikTok Live, Twitch) to grow the platform.

Lead end-to-end design for gamified live-streaming social features, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and game designers, conduct user research and usability testing, iterate rapidly, and ensure scalable, cohesive UX and visual standards across the platform.

Provide high-touch executive support to the Co-Founder/CTO: manage calendar and inbox, track action items, coordinate engineering leadership meetings and technical reviews, handle travel and office operations, prepare materials for meetings and investor sessions, and proactively drive efficiency across engineering and cross-functional teams.
