Own and execute the data product roadmap for FastSpring sellers, including analytics, data warehouse initiatives, and actionable insights. Partner with data engineering and agile teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and measure product features. Conduct customer and market research, validate opportunities, develop business cases, synthesize feedback, and drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead global accounting operations including monthly/annual close, consolidation, and financial reporting. Drive technical accounting, audits, and ASC 606 compliance. Support ERP implementation, automate processes, document controls, and lead a small accounting team while partnering with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations.
