Processes and services commercial loans by verifying borrower information, reviewing entity documentation, preparing loan worksheets, coordinating due diligence and closing documents, maintaining electronic files, and monitoring post-closing requirements. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, CIP, CDD, BSA, AML, and related requirements.
