Design, deploy, and operate enterprise, data center, cloud, and manufacturing networks. Lead automation and IaC (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST/NETCONF, Git), implement AIOps/LLM-driven monitoring and remediation, manage cloud networking (AWS/Azure), secure networks with Zero Trust and NGFWs, run observability and telemetry, support HPC/storage fabrics, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Lead the U.S. general ledger team and own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidated financial statements. Manage consolidation, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, SOX compliance, auditor relationships, and SAP-driven process improvements. Collaborate with Technical Accounting, SEC Reporting, FP&A, Tax, and IT to ensure accurate financial reporting and scalable accounting operations.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll lead legal initiatives, ensure compliance, manage contracts, and advise on governance and ethical laws across global operations.
