Own and lead dealer ecosystem enablement strategy, programs, content, onboarding, training, compliance, communications, KPIs, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates Business, Legal, Content, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders; develops bilingual English-Mandarin resources; manages dealer development events; presents performance insights to leadership; and builds scalable partner enablement capabilities. Domestic and international travel may support dealer engagements and events.

Leads the social content production function, building production teams, standards, workflows, templates, and scalable content systems. Owns Instagram strategy and execution, brand storytelling, product content adaptation, AI-assisted production, platform performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages external production partners and supports content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn for US and Chinese audiences.

Manage corporate tax accounting and compliance, including U.S. tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, consolidated tax returns, forecasts, estimated taxes, tax depreciation, audits, and domestic tax requirements. Research tax legislation, support internal controls and record retention policies, and contribute technical accounting guidance and SOX compliance implementation. The role requires collaboration with management and functional teams, preparation of tax workpapers, and accurate management of complex projects.
