Creates, organizes, maintains, retrieves, and disposes of physical and electronic legal records. The role manages retention schedules, updates records databases, ensures compliance with confidentiality policies, tracks chain of custody for sensitive files, and uses AI-assisted search and automated tools to improve document retrieval and retention tracking.

Manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, identify stockouts and overstock, coordinate physical counts and audits, and oversee inventory aging and disposal. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, procurement, transportation, and inventory processes. Analyze inventory data, develop SOPs, and support continuous operational improvement while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Coordinates supply chain operations, shipments, inventory, warehouse records, logistics personnel, suppliers, retailers, and customers. Uses logistics software and ERP systems to optimize procedures, monitor orders, manage stocking, and prepare reports. Ensures efficient use of resources, compliance with laws and ISO requirements, and timely distribution of finished products while maintaining accurate records and supporting profitable supplier and customer relationships.
