Lead strategy, execution, and measurement for enterprise-scale email, push, and SMS lifecycle campaigns in the home and mortgage space. Manage campaign planning, launches, segmentation, testing, performance analysis, and optimization. Partner with product, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders to coordinate personalized communications, support product launches, improve customer engagement, and scale successful CRM programs.

Supports B2B marketing and go-to-market activities for mortgage and housing solutions. Develops positioning, messaging, presentations, product sheets, case studies, emails, web content, and sales enablement materials. Executes multi-channel campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagement programs while translating data, analytics, AI, and automation concepts into accessible content. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, reviews, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies, analyze market data and trends, evaluate roles and salary grades, administer pay and incentive programs, monitor wage and equal-pay regulations, and create compensation training and communications. The role also uses AI-enabled tools, Excel, and HR systems to support analysis, reporting, workforce insights, and recommendations.
