Manage a portfolio of hotel partners across North America, overseeing commercial performance, rates, inventory, production, and account health. Secures rates and promotions, drives partner engagement, meets KPI targets, promotes self-service, and supports traveler experience. Requires occasional partner travel of up to 20%.

Leads creative strategy and production for paid performance channels including social, video, display, programmatic, and paid search. Develops channel-specific strategies, platform partnerships, innovative creative programs, testing frameworks, and performance optimizations. Collaborates with marketing teams, designers, copywriters, agencies, and platform partners to deliver brand-aligned assets that improve conversion, CPA, iROAS, and overall growth.
