Leads mechanical engineering and project management for mission-critical building projects. Responsibilities include HVAC system design, load calculations, equipment selection, code compliance, specifications, QA/QC, RFI and submittal review, work planning, budget and schedule management, client and vendor coordination, and mentoring designers. The role requires managing multiple projects and delivering design documentation across SD, DD, and CD phases.

Designs and documents structured cabling, audio/visual, security, and other extra-low-voltage systems. Prepares floor plans, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, electrical and cooling load calculations, equipment room layouts, and design revisions. Coordinates with multidisciplinary project teams, applies industry codes and standards, and manages design deliverables across project phases using REVIT and AutoCAD.

Lead MEP project delivery for themed entertainment, hospitality, and gaming projects: qualify RFPs/RFQs, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate disciplines, produce SD/DD/CD MEP/FP documentation, perform equipment selection and code compliance, mentor staff, and perform QA/QC of calculations and submittals.
