Design and specify structured cabling, AV, security, and other ELV systems for building projects. Produce drawings, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, load and cooling calculations, and coordinate with MEP/architectural teams using Revit and AutoCAD. Support SD/DD/CD documentation, attend coordination meetings, and manage design tasks within project work plans.

Lead and mentor electrical design staff for Healthcare, Hospitality and Themed Entertainment MEP projects. Produce and QC drawings, RFIs, submittals; prepare studies and reports; manage budgets and schedules; conduct site visits, contractor reviews, and cost evaluations; develop standards and Basis of Design implementation; provide code guidance and client presentations.

Design and produce electrical construction documents for hospitality and entertainment projects: one-line diagrams, floor plans, load calculations, panel schedules, fault/current coordination studies, lighting and fire alarm layouts. Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and contractors; review submittals/RFIs; perform site visits to resolve installation issues; apply NEC and other codes; use AutoCAD and Revit MEP; select and schedule equipment with limited oversight.

Lead and mentor mechanical staff; perform responsible-charge HVAC design and QA/QC of specs, drawings, and calculations. Select and analyze equipment (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, WSHP, HEPA, DX), develop specs and design narratives, modify control sequences, perform life-cycle and energy/cost analyses, review contractor bids, manage multiple projects and budgets, and visit sites to resolve issues.

Lead MEP project delivery for themed entertainment, hospitality, and gaming projects: qualify RFPs/RFQs, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate disciplines, produce SD/DD/CD MEP/FP documentation, perform equipment selection and code compliance, mentor staff, and perform QA/QC of calculations and submittals.
