Coordinates software, AI, automation, systems integration, and operational improvement projects. Maintains schedules, dependencies, action items, dashboards, budgets, and status reports; facilitates meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication; escalates risks and resource conflicts; coordinates developers, analysts, vendors, and contractors; and supports Agile delivery, process improvement, and accountability across initiatives.

Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, revenue recognition, billing accuracy, profitability, and reporting. Administer Deltek Vantagepoint, govern project setup, approve complex configurations, and lead system enhancements, testing, training, and process improvements. Partner with project managers and accounting leadership to identify risks, improve controls, automate processes, and apply AI tools. Train teams on project accounting practices and provide financial guidance for sound project decisions.

Manage mission-critical data center physical security design projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing designs, managing schedules and budgets, preparing Revit and CSI-format documents, conducting site surveys, supporting construction administration, performing QA/QC, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and delivering assessment reports. The role requires low-voltage and ICT security design expertise, familiarity with BIM tools and industry standards, and effective use of AI and automation.
