Leads Exante360’s strategic marketing function, including brand positioning, growth strategy, digital marketing, SEO, market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, KPI reporting, and thought leadership. Partners with company leadership to align marketing with revenue objectives, manages brand platforms and marketing materials, and leads marketing employees, consultants, vendors, budgets, and scalable processes. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, automation, measurable performance, and market visibility within the technology consulting and engineering services sectors.

Designs ICT and low-voltage systems for construction and renovation projects across multiple markets. Produces Revit and AutoCAD construction documents, specifications, reports, and technical diagrams; coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and BIM teams. Supports projects through design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout while conducting site surveys, QA/QC, and client meetings. Mentors junior designers and applies emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve project delivery.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional AEC roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, ATS platforms, referrals, and industry channels, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, supporting offers, maintaining compliant recruiting records, developing talent pipelines, researching salary ranges, and contributing to recruiting process improvements. The role also emphasizes AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation to improve recruiting efficiency and decision-making.
