Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing designs, managing schedules and budgets, preparing Revit and CSI-format documents, conducting site surveys, supporting construction administration, performing QA/QC, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and delivering assessment reports. The role requires low-voltage and ICT security design expertise, familiarity with BIM tools and industry standards, and effective use of AI and automation.
