Teams at Exact Sciences

Field-based sales role responsible for driving utilization of Exact Sciences oncology diagnostic products across an assigned territory. Develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with oncology and pathology opinion leaders, educate clinicians on genomic testing and disease states, meet sales targets, support access and reimbursement efforts, and travel extensively (approximately 75%).

Lead the development of machine learning and bioinformatics for NGS products, collaborating cross-functionally to analyze complex datasets, and mentor junior members.

Lead and coach a regional sales team promoting genetic testing products to healthcare providers. Recruit, train, and manage performance; drive sales targets and forecasting; ensure regulatory and quality compliance; build key relationships and collect market intelligence; travel extensively to support and train direct reports and cover territory needs.
