Create and execute brand identities and visual systems for lifestyle, beauty, and apparel clients. Produce identity assets, style guides, typography, iconography, packaging, and social templates. Collaborate with strategy and cross-functional teams, manage timelines, build visual libraries in Adobe Suite, present work to stakeholders, and maintain high-quality deliverables in an on-site studio environment.

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and CSO, including managing complex domestic and international travel, calendar coordination across time zones, meeting and event preparation, light HR and customer service support, office management, and supervising the office assistant. Handle confidential information with discretion and support strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Build SuiteAnalytics datasets and workbooks, add custom fields and validations, develop SuiteScript automations for exports and data cleanup, and streamline user workflows to improve forecasting, data accuracy, and reporting across Opportunities, Projects (core), Sales Orders, and Invoices.

Create comprehensive visual brand systems for lifestyle consumer products: identity, logomarks, iconography, color, patterns, packaging, and style guides. Collaborate with strategy and cross-functional teams, manage timelines, build visual libraries, finalize deliverables, present work to stakeholders, and contribute to studio culture and process improvements.

Create social-first graphics and short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, email, and web. Support campaign creative direction, build email assets, capture and edit product and lifestyle imagery, assist paid ads and influencer kits, and contribute to content planning and trend-driven ideas.

Manage consumer goods projects (beauty, personal care packaging, apparel, toys) end-to-end: planning, timelines, risk mitigation, client and vendor communication, cost control, cross-functional coordination, quality compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement to deliver on time and on budget.
