The role requires substantial travel to medical offices and hospitals, occasional overnight travel, and possible weekend medical meetings.

Develops and closes IT staffing opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare research organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, client discovery, relationship management, account planning, revenue forecasting, market intelligence, and full-cycle sales. The role partners with recruiting teams to deliver specialized technology talent and advises clients on hiring needs, compensation trends, regulated IT environments, and workforce strategy.
