Develop, review, and refine software code and modules for an AI-focused customer project. Evaluate solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability; provide feedback on algorithms, data structures, and debugging; use Git for collaboration; document technical approaches; participate in asynchronous discussions; and resolve technical issues. The role requires US-based professionals with at least five years of software engineering experience, strong programming fundamentals, and excellent communication skills.

Creates realistic business documentation tasks using complex Excel, PowerPoint, and Word deliverables; interacts with language models; evaluates AI-generated business solutions; and provides detailed feedback to improve AI systems. Work may include financial modeling, executive presentations, strategic proposals, and data-driven reporting. Collaborates asynchronously with project coordinators to ensure submitted challenges and evaluations are authentic, accurate, and useful for professional business contexts.
