Lead front-of-house teams during shifts to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Oversee floor operations, pre-shift meetings, opening/closing, scheduling support, coaching, and guest issue resolution while promoting teamwork and company values.

Greet and assist guests, manage take-out orders, operate POS and QSR screens, serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, follow alcohol and food safety laws, and perform opening/closing duties in a fast-paced restaurant.

Welcome and seat guests, manage waitlists and phone calls, maintain greeter area cleanliness, assist bussing and service staff, operate POS and tablet apps, sanitize tables, and provide friendly guest interaction consistent with brand standards.

Serve as strategic HR partner to restaurant and operations leaders supporting full-cycle recruitment, coaching on performance and employee relations, driving engagement and retention, ensuring compliance, and partnering on workforce planning across multiple locations with periodic onsite visits.

Lead restaurant operations and guest service, coach and train staff, manage bar program, inventory and ordering, ensure compliance with safety and alcohol regulations, control costs and budgets, and support weekly/monthly operational tasks.
