Install, finish, and repair drywall for commercial and residential projects: measure, cut, secure panels, apply tape and compound, sand and finish surfaces, install corner bead, read basic plans, maintain jobsite safety, and coordinate with crew.

Prepare and finish interior and exterior surfaces for commercial and residential projects: scrape, sand, patch, prime, paint, stain, and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mask and protect areas, perform touch-ups and punch-list work, use ladders/scaffolding/lifts safely, maintain tools and PPE, follow OSHA and jobsite safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Lead electrical engineering projects from conception through completion: develop designs and specifications, review systems for code compliance, coordinate with teams and external partners, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior engineers, perform quality control, and participate in design reviews.
