Lead UX architecture and strategy for web and mobile products. Create IA, wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, flows, personas, and UX research. Scope projects, gather requirements, collaborate across teams, and apply software development and project management methodologies in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Support and develop Open Systems applications for travel/security. Troubleshoot production issues, act as focal technical contact, produce and review requirements/design/test/implementation docs, perform on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-platform teams.
