Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary day-to-day contact. Resolve order, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, credit, and service issues; recommend packaging solutions; prioritize competing demands; coordinate internal teams; identify revenue-growth opportunities; and improve account-management workflows. The role requires independent judgment, strong relationship management, analytical and organizational skills, business math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for outside sales, new business development, account management, and client retention.

Processes and applies customer payments, EFTs, credit card payments, and wire transfers; researches discrepancies and unallocated cash; prepares bank deposits; supports customer invoicing; maintains accounting records and spreadsheets; and protects confidential financial information while coordinating with internal teams.
