Coordinate and support job seekers with career counseling, job search strategies, training needs, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective case management.

Lead Talent Development Specialist conducts quality assurance and case file reviews, implements QA plans and SOPs, compiles program data, delivers trainings and orientations, recommends and implements corrective actions, performs case management and data entry, and supports eligibility determination and reporting. Travel and out-of-office availability required.

Provide career counseling, job search coaching, and case management to program participants. Track participation, document case notes, facilitate job readiness workshops, identify training needs and external resources, maintain records and policies, support team operations, and assist customers in overcoming employment barriers to secure training and employment.
