Leads regional security advisory services, manages security consultants, develops consulting offerings, and supports sales growth. Conducts cybersecurity program assessments against technical controls and industry frameworks, creates remediation strategies and statements of work, leads client engagements, presents recommendations, and advises stakeholders. Responsibilities also include team mentoring, pipeline forecasting, practice development, marketing contributions, technical scoping, solution design, and identifying new security service opportunities.

Leads complex internal and external projects from planning through production, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, documentation, profitability, invoicing, and client expectations. Oversees and develops project staff, coordinates engineering and service teams, facilitates meetings, reviews deliverables, supports proposals, resolves conflicts, and identifies business development opportunities. Builds lasting customer relationships while enforcing project standards and mentoring team members.

As Principal Technologist, serve as a liaison, lead technical discussions, design solutions, and mentor teams while engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
