Leads mechanical architecture and full-lifecycle development for RF phased-array systems, including requirements definition, CAD design, structural and thermal analysis, prototyping, testing, production support, and manufacturability. Designs enclosures, mechanisms, mounting structures, harnesses, and cable assemblies while addressing shock, vibration, thermal, and dynamic-load requirements. Collaborates with electrical, RF, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, presents design reviews, mentors engineers, and develops tools to improve engineering workflows.

Leads manufacturing engineering for electronics and electromechanical products, including MES development, digital work instructions, process validation, design-for-manufacturability improvements, production scaling, test automation, defect resolution, KPI reporting, and technician training. The role supports new factory and product introductions while collaborating with engineering, production, test, and leadership teams.

Leads agile and hybrid technical R&D projects from planning through first-article delivery. Serves as scrum master and product owner, coordinating engineering and operations teams, managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and technical feature delivery. Represents customer needs, facilitates cross-functional reviews, removes obstacles, and aligns stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and product goals within a defense technology environment.
