The Strategic Account Director will enhance relationships, engage with C-Suite, deliver tailored solutions, and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue objectives.

Answer owner relations calls about revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P. Log and track inquiries in a case system, follow up on unresolved issues, build client relationships, handle difficult interactions professionally, and cross-train to expand skills.

Lead power market analysis and forecasting, develop market models, and produce CRR/FTR and broad power market publications. Provide client-facing insights, host webinars, and generate trade/congestion risk recommendations. Mentor junior staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company as an industry thought leader.
