Lead design and build of scalable backend systems and data platforms; own architecture and production deployments; improve reliability, performance, and observability; mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Data Science, SRE, and Security.

Lead client-facing technical engagements for interconnection and transmission planning, deliver trainings and presentations, support sales pursuits, onboard and train users, analyze interconnection study results, troubleshoot client issues, provide product feedback, and deepen client relationships to expand product adoption. Attend industry events and travel ~10%.

The Principal Data Scientist will lead data analysis projects, collaborate with product management, assess business impacts, ensure data governance, and mentor junior analysts. Must leverage statistical techniques and machine learning to drive product strategy and business outcomes.
