Leads electrical utility projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, technical guidance, client communications, and project-site support. Develops project plans, coordinates engineering teams and materials, monitors expenditures, and ensures high-quality delivery. The hybrid role supports Southern California project sites and requires 10–15% travel. Candidates need a degree, at least five years of project management experience, electric utility experience, a driver’s license, and personal transportation.

Develop and implement project controls for large-scale capital projects, including schedules, cost plans, budgets, forecasts, earned value and variance analysis. Manage project financial tracking, orders, change logs, documentation, reporting, and schedule and cash flow plans. Partner with project, program, and department stakeholders while supporting financial performance management and system administration using P6, SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Leads complex power generation control systems projects, including planning, scheduling, design, programming, and implementation of hardware and software solutions. Focuses on turbine controls, instrumentation, electrical systems, and DCS/PLC integration. Contributes to proposals, technical scopes, estimates, and resource planning while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The role is remote or hybrid and requires approximately 15–30% domestic and local travel.
