The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn engineering documentation tools and standards. Travel to company and government customer locations is required up to 10%.

Supports the configuration, migration, integration, customization, and operation of a large-scale Moodle Workplace environment. Responsibilities include developing themes and plugins, administering users and permissions, managing courses and certifications, ensuring Section 508 and WCAG compliance, supporting SCORM and xAPI content, creating reports and Power BI dashboards, troubleshooting Tier 3 issues, and collaborating with technical and instructional stakeholders. The role also requires data migration, SQL validation, version control, documentation, training, and federal security compliance.

Develops and maintains full-stack software within a remote Agile DevOps team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, Java and frontend development, REST APIs, data access layers, database schemas, automated testing, CI/CD implementation, and Docker-based development. The role also supports quality, security, and deployment standards while collaborating within a Scrum team.
