Leads complex enterprise technology programs and strategic client engagements across the software development lifecycle. Advises senior stakeholders, establishes delivery methodologies and governance, manages budgets, risks, dependencies, and commercial performance, and oversees distributed cross-functional teams. The role also supports business transformation, presales, proposals, delivery-center strategy, continuous improvement, mentoring, and adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-enabled delivery tools.

Administer and support mainframe storage infrastructure, including DASD, tape, virtual tape, encryption, replication, backups, recovery, and customer migrations. Diagnose storage issues, manage storage pools across customers and LPARs, analyze subsystem performance, conduct disaster recovery tests, and support data center migrations. The role also coordinates with customers, account managers, and vendors while mentoring storage team members.

Lead strategic relationships and revenue growth across an enterprise client portfolio. Develop executive partnerships, identify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, lead proposals and negotiations, forecast pipelines, and align technology solutions to client objectives. Collaborate with architecture, client success, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes. Serve as a trusted IT advisor while mentoring sales talent and driving client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
