Leads hotel group sales and proactive business development by prospecting, managing corporate, sports, association, and social accounts, handling RFPs and contracts, negotiating terms, and achieving revenue targets. Coordinates group bookings with hotel departments and supports property operations, guest services, and food and beverage needs. Tracks market and competitor trends, attends client and industry events, and maintains strong relationships while supporting overall hotel performance.

Supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing hotel front-office operations and guest services. Supervises staff, manages check-in and check-out, resolves guest concerns, coordinates room assignments and VIP preparations, and collaborates with housekeeping and engineering. Conducts service and room-area inspections, maintains records, supports safety procedures, and helps uphold hotel standards and operational efficiency.
