Lead systems integration for MILSATCOM programs: develop integration strategies, manage technical baselines, analyze and verify requirements, apply digital engineering/digital twins, lead working groups, coordinate government/contractor reviews, assess risks and issues, produce briefings and deliverables, and support verification and test activities in a secure on-site environment.

Lead development of satellite Interface Control Documents (ICDs) in an MBSE environment, coordinate ICWGs, support integration and test, drive interface risk resolution, ensure compliance with program standards, collaborate with primes and government stakeholders, and prepare acquisition and technical requirements artifacts to support decision making.

Provide requirements development and management for MILSATCOM systems: author and maintain Interface Control Documents, produce interface diagrams and data dictionaries, coordinate ICWGs, support integration and test, manage configuration control, drive technical issue resolution, align models with ICDs and cybersecurity baselines, and prepare acquisition and technical briefings for government stakeholders.
