Advise government leadership on MILSATCOM backhaul and network transport architectures. Develop requirements, CONOPS, interface documentation, and technical performance parameters; assess contractor solutions, system trades, interoperability, risks, and network performance. Coordinate integration with DISA, DoD enterprise networks, prime contractors, and operational users. Support acquisition, design reviews, testing, verification, and operational acceptance while mentoring technical teams.

Leads software systems engineering and integration for secure DoD space mission applications. Defines requirements, interfaces, architecture, verification strategies, test objectives, and technical artifacts; oversees deployments in classified and air-gapped environments; coordinates Government teams and contractors; supports DevSecOps delivery, cybersecurity compliance, cross-domain data movement, risk assessments, and integration readiness. Mentors engineers and presents technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, GitOps workflows, Kubernetes environments, Helm charts, and software delivery toolchains. Integrates security scanning and compliance controls, supports releases across multiple security environments, troubleshoots infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborates with software, AI, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams supporting secure space mission capabilities.
