Assists project managers with the full project life cycle for HVAC and plumbing construction projects. Responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor coordination, safety meetings, purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, cost reviews, change orders, documentation, commissioning, and project closeout. The role supports on-time, under-budget project delivery while developing construction management expertise.

Leads company-wide HSE management systems and safety programs for construction operations. Develops policies and job-specific safety plans, ensures OSHA and environmental compliance, investigates incidents, conducts site inspections, manages training and toolbox talks, oversees safety documentation and drug-testing procedures, and serves as the company representative with regulatory agencies. Partners with operations and executives to improve workplace safety, risk reduction, and overall HSE performance.

Oversee electrical engineering design, studies, technical documentation, and Engineer of Record responsibilities for large commercial projects. Develop budgets, schedules, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, addendums, and project instructions. Coordinate with clients, project teams, AHJs, and other disciplines; conduct site visits; support quality assurance; and mentor engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD technicians. The role requires a Professional Engineering license, commercial design experience, NEC knowledge, and 20–25% travel.
