Owns final technical authority for US spacecraft programs, including system architecture, mission-specific customization, payload integration, technical risk, milestone reviews, and cross-disciplinary engineering standards. Builds and leads the US engineering organization, aligns US and European teams, develops reusable spacecraft capabilities, and represents technical solutions to sophisticated commercial, civil, and defense customers. The role is primarily on-site in Los Angeles with travel to customers and European headquarters.

Own day-to-day finance operations for the US entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, cash forecasting, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Design scalable finance processes, improve controls, support budgeting and reporting, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and sales on costs and purchasing decisions. The role requires hands-on ERP and accounting experience and operates across US and European teams.

Lead end-to-end satellite programs from contract award through on-orbit operations. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, launch, and mission operations teams while managing technical performance, schedules, budgets, suppliers, risks, milestones, and customer relationships. The role requires aerospace systems experience, program leadership, financial control, and familiarity with satellite development, environmental testing, launch operations, and government or commercial contracts. The position is primarily on-site in Denver with occasional travel to U.S. and European locations.
