Own enterprise customer outcomes from deployment through renewal. Lead onboarding, integrations, user training, adoption, account expansion, and renewal support. Partner with IT, InfoSec, founders, AEs, and product teams to resolve issues and shape the roadmap. Build scalable onboarding playbooks, health metrics, and support processes while helping customers deploy AI agents across workplace tools.

Generate pipeline through account research and outbound outreach, qualify prospects, book meetings, onboard customers, drive product adoption, gather feedback, identify expansion opportunities, and build scalable sales and onboarding systems. The role partners closely with founders, account executives, and product teams while supporting customers using AI agents across Microsoft tools.

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and demonstrations through security review, procurement, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with finance teams, provide product and roadmap feedback, shape go-to-market strategy, develop pipeline systems, collaborate with marketing, and identify new verticals. The role requires credible engagement with technical and financial experts, strong resourcefulness, and experience selling complex enterprise products.
