Build relationships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for dental services. Execute outreach and marketing initiatives, attend events, present services, track leads and sales activity in CRM tools, coordinate patient transitions with operations, and use partner feedback to improve service delivery.

Leads clinical operations across West Coast dental programs, supervising dentists and hygienists, overseeing onboarding, audits, grievances, referrals, treatment planning, contract benefit adjudication, quality standards, and provider development. Partners with payer and program leadership, compliance, and business development while maintaining clinical practice one day weekly. Requires regional travel, California dental licensure, and eventual licensure in additional states.
