Manage a portfolio of clients and broker/consultant relationships to ensure adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Develop account plans, run business reviews, coordinate engagement marketing, maintain CRM data hygiene, resolve service issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet client and company goals.
