Lead biochemistry strategy and assay development for oral macrocyclic peptide discovery, from lead identification through optimization and early clinical support. Develop and execute protein-binding and biochemical assays, characterize protein reagents, troubleshoot screening workflows, and enhance laboratory automation. Collaborate with biology, protein expression, ADME, safety, and PK/PD teams while providing scientific rationale, experimental planning, data interpretation, and project leadership.

Leads LillyDirect’s forward-looking Consumer and HCP marketing strategy, growth investments, content briefing, innovation pipeline, competitive intelligence, and partnership alignment. Sets goals, KPIs, budgets, and testing strategies; advises senior leadership on investment priorities and scales successful marketing initiatives. Manages and develops marketing talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
