Leads LillyDirect’s LATAM consumer product portfolio, defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and customer experience improvements across web, mobile, messaging, chat, email, and phone channels. Partners with engineering, design, operations, vendors, pharmacy chains, distributors, and payment providers to deliver scalable e-commerce solutions. Oversees LATAM-specific identity, eligibility, payment, privacy, and digital health considerations while driving consumer satisfaction, loyalty, and business KPIs.

Leads product strategy, roadmaps, development, and execution for LillyDirect’s EMEA consumer digital product portfolio. Drives customer experience, business KPIs, and loyalty across e-commerce and direct-to-consumer healthcare products. Partners with engineering, design, operations, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver scalable web and mobile experiences. Ensures compliance with health-data privacy, pharmacy, prescribing, and national healthcare regulations while championing consumer research, accessibility, and frictionless journeys.
