Develop and execute e.l.f. SKIN social media strategy across platforms to grow awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion. Create daily skincare-focused posts and copy, manage day-to-day posting, lead social briefs, collaborate cross-functionally, compile regular performance reports, and assist with content creation including basic video editing and photo cropping.
