Lead international retail sales strategy for rhode, driving growth across global retail partners. Responsibilities include managing retailer relationships, sales planning, performance analysis, commercial and financial evaluation, promotional and channel strategy, budgets, market insights, and cross-functional execution. The role focuses particularly on the UK and Australia and requires Sephora experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced beauty environment.
