Lead the Communication Underwriting department, set underwriting communication standards, ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines, drive operational excellence, mentor leaders, manage escalations, partner cross-functionally, optimize LOS/AUS workflows, and improve quality, productivity, and client experience across mortgage underwriting.

Owns end-to-end enterprise mortgage production pipeline, ensures files progress to closing, resolves operational issues, mentors staff, coordinates cross-functional partners, monitors performance, and recommends process improvements to protect milestone dates and client experience.

Drive wholesale mortgage growth by building and maintaining broker relationships, managing loan pipelines, identifying new business, coordinating with operations and underwriting, training clients, distributing marketing materials, mentoring junior reps, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring high loan quality and client satisfaction.
