Provides applications and sales engineering support for environmental, mechanical, vibration/shock, dynamics, and EMI testing services. Develops accurate quotations, optimizes pricing strategies, answers technical customer questions, supports sales and operations, and maintains knowledge of testing capabilities, competitors, market conditions, and applicable specifications. The role requires strong customer communication, technical expertise, costing and quoting experience, and five years of laboratory testing experience.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, proposal pricing, contract administration, regulatory compliance, negotiations, and pricing governance for government and commercial contracts. Develops cost models, labor and material estimates, pricing narratives, BOEs, and price-to-win strategies. Provides executive guidance on contractual and financial risks while leading cross-functional reviews and developing pricing and contracts teams.

Manages a portfolio of customer testing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and within scope. Responsibilities include scheduling, budget monitoring, cost control, subcontractor coordination, stakeholder communication, customer engagement, risk mitigation, and corrective action. The role owns project outcomes, compresses project timelines, manages outsourced work, and maintains productive internal and external relationships while delivering customer and business value.
