Develop and execute content strategies for Elastic’s global public sector business, covering government and higher education audiences. Create and oversee whitepapers, solution briefs, executive narratives, web copy, campaigns, videos, case studies, and sales enablement materials. Translate complex technology into compelling customer value, monitor public sector trends and compliance requirements, collaborate across marketing and field teams, and optimize content using performance data. The role requires strong technology-sector writing, storytelling, project management, and public sector marketing experience.

Own sales strategy and operations by analyzing business health, developing performance metrics, designing coverage and forecasting models, managing territories and data hygiene, and identifying growth opportunities. The role supports executive reporting, sales process improvements, Salesforce and business-system enhancements, change management, user training, and adoption of new tools and processes across global sales teams.

Analyzes revenue data, develops forecasting models and performance dashboards, improves RevOps processes, validates data, and delivers strategic insights to sales and marketing stakeholders. The role supports business reviews, annual planning, cross-functional reporting initiatives, revenue strategy, risk mitigation, and stakeholder training while identifying operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.
