Supports change management for integration projects by coordinating stakeholder communications, change control, training materials, meetings, project documentation, benefits communication, lesson-learned tracking, and project risk identification. The role collaborates with client development teams and end users to support adoption of new tools and successful project delivery.

Provide CAD drafting support to produce preliminary and final engineering drawings, transform sketches into working documents, address plan check comments, maintain drawing standards and company CAD systems, and support document research and record-keeping.

Enter, validate, and maintain inspection and work-order data in internal and client systems. Review engineering documents for completeness, perform routine data audits, correct discrepancies, track project statuses, and collaborate with engineers and coordinators to gather missing information while following data management protocols and supporting continuous improvement.
