Supports change management for integration projects by coordinating stakeholder communications, change control, training materials, meetings, project documentation, benefits communication, lesson-learned tracking, and project risk identification. The role collaborates with client development teams and end users to support adoption of new tools and successful project delivery.

Provide CAD drafting support to produce preliminary and final engineering drawings, transform sketches into working documents, address plan check comments, maintain drawing standards and company CAD systems, and support document research and record-keeping.

Enter, validate, and maintain inspection and work-order data in internal and client systems. Review engineering documents for completeness, perform routine data audits, correct discrepancies, track project statuses, and collaborate with engineers and coordinators to gather missing information while following data management protocols and supporting continuous improvement.

Lead design, implementation, and support of scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD/IaC practices. Provide technical leadership, incident response, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement across development teams while ensuring security, cost control, and platform reliability.

Produce CAD traffic control plans for construction and utility projects under supervision, ensuring compliance with CA MUTCD and WATCH Manual. Review plans, develop lane/closure/detour layouts, place traffic control devices, process redlines, follow CAD standards, maintain project files, and coordinate with project managers, clients, and agencies.

Support process automation, data analytics, and business development by identifying client needs, designing tech-driven solutions, building prototypes/MVPs, developing proposals/SOWs, maintaining CRM/reporting, and improving operational efficiency using Power Platform and BI tools.

Review digital and handwritten engineering documents, collect and organize photos and field data, input and cross-check information, compile structured engineering reports, maintain data quality and archives, and support project timelines and process improvements.

Run onboarding and implementation for new customers, map customer workflows into the over.vu platform, maintain onboarding documentation, respond to support tickets, triage and escalate issues, monitor customer health, update knowledge base and in-app docs, and advocate user needs to product teams while supporting adoption and training.
